Billing Terms and Conditions
Definitions
Seller refers to the owner of the website - the person to whom the purchase order was placed.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refer to the products for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.
Payment
All payments are due after order completion. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order for the products will not be placed and no items will be shipped. The buyer loses title to all items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a method of payment.
Delivery Terms
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the buyer will be refunded the total cost of the item including shipping from the seller. Shipping costs may increase for international shipping or rush orders. The offer for free shipping applies to all orders with a value of 150 EUR or more. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible. Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure protection against loss, damage or destruction of the Services or Materials it provides to Buyer.

Refund/Return Policy
Items are eligible for a refund or relisting if the buyer notifies the seller within 14 days of receipt of the item. The buyer must contact the seller via email: support@2buy.xyz or via the customer account page on the website where a return can be processed. Not all goods are returnable. The shipping costs incurred for the return are at the expense of the buyer.

Cancellation
An order can be canceled until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about an item or the seller should be directed to our support team. Please send an email to: support@2buy.xyz. There is no guarantee of resolution. Each case is examined individually and the seller will contact you.
Regularities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns after the buyer has received the goods or services. If there is any damage caused by the items purchased by the buyer, the seller will not be held responsible.
Any dispute arising out of such use of the website shall be governed by the laws of the state of the website owner.
